From Social Media to Business Decisions – Is that a big leap?

j0440430 This is a hot topic, in every conversation we have lately.  Business owners are already overwhelmed and the mere thought of having to learn a new language – because what we call Twitter, to them seems like Greek – is causing them to freeze,if not to bail.

The reality is, however, that Social Media has already migrated to Social Marketing, where the idea of your presence online is now recognized as your Social Authority.  What can you do?
